I am an IT executive with more than 13 years in the industry; Currently living and working in Denver Colorado but I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

I was fortunate to be part of some major software deliveries, processes re-engineering and manage services projects worldwide. I worked with the best professionals, managers and peers and met diverse clients from different industries: Telecom, Publishers, Banks, Call Centers and more.  As my career developed I leveraged on my strengths and adjusted my skills to different services and different management styles. I am still learning.

If I need to describe my professional strength in one sentence I would quote:

BA – Industrial Management Engineering, major Information Technologies (1998)

Industry Leading Systems Implementation Program Manager: As the engagement manager for the program, I led mission critical,$250M,  system implementations for the world’s largest independent publishing brand – Dex (NYSE:DEXO), twice in the last 7 years. First when they parted from Qwest Communications (NYSE: Q) and 4 years after when Dex merged with R.H. Donnelley. The projects included full system integration, DB consolidation, Data conversion and a schedule of eight releases per year enabling a 24/7 operation. Both implementations were a huge success and I am proud to never miss any delivery! On time & on budget.

International Consultant: Lead Business Analysis Team for the operations of a strategic project in VimpelCom, Moscow (NYSE: VIP) – Russia’s second largest mobile carrier. Pre-sale business processes redesign for billing, customer service, point of sale, and finance on-site. Result: Amdocs won a $75M project, successfully implemented the systems on-time and within budget. Following this success, other projects from Russia, South-East Asia, and Eastern Europe were earned!

Processes Re-engineering: Assigned to a plan and execute a ten months project of implementing CMM Level III assessment on software development center for AT&T (YP.com) In order to win an outsourcing project. Used expertise in Capability Maturity Model (CMM governed by US DoD), to develop Coding, Testing and Documentation Standards, Business processes. Result: The development center received the CMM III and the company was awarded a five years outsourcing deal with the world largest Yellow Pages Company – AT&T (NYSE: T).

Managed and implemented SLA (Service Level agreement) for five years outsourcing contract with the largest independent publisher in the US. While on my shift our account had successfully avoided service level failures and earned all the recovery credit allocated – $3.75M.

Business Process Operations (BPO): Coordinated the first operations outsourcing deal in the advertisement industry. I managed an offshore graphic artist team for a DexMedia (US Largest independent Publisher, NYSE: DEXO) to an Indian subcontractor, meeting all SLA requirements with zero penalties.
